This is Ji Ji, he’s a witch’s cat! And if you haven’t seen Kiki's Delivery Service yet I strongly urge you to do so, it’s one of my top ten films EVER. in this shot Ji Ji has flour all over his paws - he's very droll, in fact, he reminds me a little of Salem from Sabrina the Teenage Witch - another favorite screen cat of mine : )
